The third generation of disc pipe reverse osmosis membrane element - SUPER MODULE (formerly known as CD MODULE), is a innovative deformation of flat membrane MODULE technology.

With special modified diaphragm, optimize flow inside the membrane column shape and pressure compensation structure design, enhance adaptability and stability of high concentration of material, to ensure the system security and high-efficiency. After nearly 20 years continuously optimized to improve the membrane element, is dedicated to high concentration of wastewater treatment, and at present there are hundreds of successful cases in the European economy and effective running.

membrane surface more smooth ,Hydrophilic effect is better)

Special modification of RO/NF membrane has better resistance to pollution and high pressure resistance. Compared with the

Application advantages

SUPER Module which is specially designed for high concentration wastewater treatment, application in the field of sewage

treatment, especially difficult and high salinity wastewater treatment field, compared with the traditional process, has the

incomparable advantage:

Good resistance to pollution and fouling: it can directly deals with wastewater whose COD is as high as 100000 mg/L,

overcomes the limitations of traditional membrane element cannot be applied;

The effluent is stable and reliable: the SUPER RO has a high retention of pollutions, the retention rate of COD, inorganic salt is

more than 99%, effectively guarantee the water quality;

Greatly simplify the process of wastewater treatment: Wastewater can be entered into membrane system only by

simple pretreatment ,that greatly reduces the environmental protection of construction cost and the operation of the sewage

treatment cost.

SUPER Module is mainly composed of filter diaphragm, guide plate, center rod, high pressure vessel, both ends of the he flange,

the connecting bolt,all kinds of seals and etc. Filter diaphragm and diversion plate alternately stacked, the center rod strings into

membrane core , fixed on both ends of the core after put into high pressure vessel, with a pull rod to form.

Application Series definition:

I series, industrial-grade (Industry) membrane element, is mainly used in industrial sewage and garbage leachate, such as high
concentration wastewater;
P series - concentration (Process) membrane element, is mainly used in chemical, pharmaceutical,
food and other production Process;
DD series, series of Desalination membrane element Desalination, the main application of Desalination, drinking water
purification, strong water zero emissions, etc..

G - standard, the highest operating pressure of 70 bar;
H - high pressure, the highest operating pressure of 140 bar;
